How Many Job Changes Are Too Many? A Career Question Across Generations A Multi-Generational Perspective on Job Changes, Growth, and Satisfaction   If someone asks, “How many jobs have you changed in your career?” the answer often reveals more than just numbers. It reflects ambition, fear, opportunity, timing, and the era in which we started working. In today’s corporate world, changing jobs every few years feels normal—sometimes even expected. But was it always this way? And more importantly, is staying in one company, getting promoted, or switching roles better in the long run? Why Can't Men Be Expressive? The Truth Society Doesn’t Talk About A Laugh-Out-Loud Indian Take on Men, Emotions, and the Legendary Stiff Upper Lip Societal Expectations and Emotional Expression in Men Imagine this: our hero, Mr. Sharma, bravely navigating Mumbai traffic (which is basically like fighting dragons, but with more honking), winning all the daily battles for a seat in the local train, and finally returning home with his cape fluttering—or at least, his tie askew. But in 2018, I found my way and enrolled in a Basic course Ornithology at BNHS India. That 12-month program taught me everything from bird evolution, nesting, and behaviour to migration and, most importantly, how to identify birds based on their general impression of shape and si...
